The captain of Leicester Tigers, Tom Youngs is all set for the Heineken Cup of the next season. During the draw of the 2018-19 Cup competition, Tigers were seen in pool 4 with the Scarlets. Scarlets were the main seeds in Ulster and Racing 92 group. As far as the fixture list goes, the announcement will be made in the summer. Both Youngs and Tigers have experienced mixed fortunes in recent times in the European Cup and Youngs did stand before the media confidently in spite of many defeats that took place in the past. He has never given up on himself or the game which makes him one of the greatest players. His performances have made him achieve fame and several followers.
The Champions Cup is the peak point of European Club rugby. There are several teams and each one is difficult to play against as per Youngs. He made this statement as the teams were being placed in their pools respectively. The draw for the next season’s competition is indeed exciting for him and is eagerly waiting for pre-season to start so as to give it a good crack in the next season. The performance in the last two seasons was not too great and all Tiger fans are living with the hope that they can come back to the knockout stages of the game they have conquered twice in the past. They also managed to reach 3 more finals in addition to those victories over Munster and Stade Francais.
